    Hi, been a while, been real busy running my new collision shop. Didn't continue the stock XS paint job idea, due to shipping cost and my real cost being = to just getting it done local for most. Hope you all are riding high on your XS1100's

        Pingel

        Thanks for the welcome back guys. Phil, I bought a Pingel also, tired of changing oil I think the newer gas causes many of the problems with the old petcocks etc. rebuilt mine and after a year, wont turn completly off The pingel is made for modern gas, should give peace of mind

          Yep, ever since I put those pingel fuel shutoff valves on both my bikes, I've had zero problems and the peace of mind is well worth the price. Glad it worked out for you as well.
