It is supposed to hold up to +1000 C but that is marketing text...I don't know what it is called in the US but here it is just copperpaste (hope that it is spelled correctly).

Antiseize can be found in auto parts stores.A tube should be all you will need.The stuff if you get it on your hands is very hard to get off.Works good on other things to.
