The tension on the bolts actually did not show up in the movment of the swingarm. But it did distort the swingarm and make the axle not want to go in well.

My 130/90/16 tire is within 1/8" of the swingarm. So a 140 would easily be REALLY close.

I have known of some members running a 140 but it rubs on the swing arm when it flexes.

        Bent swing arm

Bent swing arm not much but a slight bend is the problem......too make a long story short, my initial swap of wheels several days ago went well, went for a short ride but noticed a couple of heavy clunks during that ride....upon closer examination to all the rear end components especially the swing arm I noticed a significant set of deep scuffs on the bolt for the torsion plate that traverses the swing arm....what happened as the bike was an inch lower on my ride the bolt that holds my rear passenger peg on to the bike ( yes it wasnt a stock bolt and too long) hit the bolt for the torsion plate and pushed it inwards along with the swingarm. As I live on a dirt and choppy road and this was the cause of the whole problem......now Its either realign the arm or put on my spare...suppose I could use a bottle jack and spread the arms apart we'll see....Oh the crap one can get into thru using one overly long bolt instead of the proper one....MY BAD....
Thanks to all you XSives for your guiding and endless support.
