    Replacement mirrors ?

    Has anyone found replacement mirrors for the standards?

    I ran across these at MikesXS : http://www.mikesxs.net/product/16-3037.html
    and was wondering if they'd fit.
    I'm on my 2nd set now and I don't want to lose any more mirror glass falling out of them. (7yrs bad luck and all )

    I know there are other 'replacement' mirrors available, but I was kinda hoping to stay as close to the stock look as possible.

    I did that search too, and there just isn't anything current out there. Best bet is to watch eBay, I've seen 'vintage' reproductions and NOS ones show up from time to time, but that's about it. I got a pair of NOS genuine Yamaha mirrors for mine, ran me nearly $60....

    edit: Those mirrors at mikes weren't available when I got mine. Not exact repos either....but close.

      edit: Those mirrors at mikes weren't available when I got mine. Not exact repos either....but close.
      Thanks Steve. I think I'm gonna take some measurments on mine and see if they match up some. If they're close, I might just drop the $20 on them and see if they'll work.

          All the standard mirrors are the same. I have an 81H mirror on one side and the original (AFAIK) mirror on the other due to the left side mirror getting broken when the fool hit me in the parking lot.
