cant figure out how to load pics up on here , found one thing that says you need a url or something , any help appreciated thanks

You can upload pictures to there.
Once you have uploaded you can mouse over a picture and a dropdown menu appears.
Click on the bottom option (IMG code) and it will automatically copy it.
