fuel petcocks

just wondering if anyone has purchased one of those aftermarket fuel petcock rebuild kits off of e bay or anyone else . The yamaha dealer does not sell a kit and to buy all the individual pieces would be expensive . When I can get a kit to rebuild both sides for about 25 bucks......thanks...mark

I have bought a couple kits off e-bay, George Fix, I think was the seller. they worked on the petcocks that weren't to worn out. I have three xs 11s, thats why I bought more than one kit. Later 'Dog

There are 2 styles of petcocks. I found this out several years ago rebulding mine. I was able to get rebuild kits at the dealer then.

I bought mine from partsnmore.com for my 78E. They work great.
