  • Carb Boots... Again.

Allright guys. Finally have a chance to get at my carb boots. What size allen key do I need to get them off? It looks like somewhere around 6mm, but I don't know. I don't have one that fits.

      Suggestion

If I could make a suggestion. Replace the original phillips head screws, in the eight clamps (4 on the manifold boots and 4 on the air filter boots) that hold your carbs in place with allen head screws. Buy some long T-handle allen wrenches (around $4 a set at Harbor Freight Tools when on sale) and this makes removing and installing your carbs much easier.
