    Hello,
I was wondering if annyone has rejetted thier otherwise stock 80-81 xs11 to 137.5 mains and 45 pilot jets? it is my understanding that the factory carbs were jetted toward the lean side in 80 and even more so in 81. any feedback is welcome. tell me what you jetting is at.
    thanks,

At my altitude, 5,500ft - 6,660ft, I am running stock setup except carb jetting, which is 35's or 37 pilots and 115 mains. I notice the bike doesn't want to pull past 7500rpm, but gas mileage is much better. Idle is cleaner too.

I think you'd see richer idle mix and a fast top-end depending on your altitude. If you put in those jets, just look at your spark plugs for the story.
