850 final drive gear oil capacity

well my oil level in this drive keeps dropping and since the rear tire isn't covered it must be immigrating up the shaft past the pinion cup oil seal, seem to be a S-38-50-7 can anyone confirm? XS850LH final drive part number 10 on the fiche 93101-38086-00 OIL SEAL and naturally OBS. from Yamaha

Yep, S-38X50X7, the 1100/750/850 pinion seal all the same. I've got them from a local bearing supplier for $4.
