On the special you have to loosen the pinch bolt on the right front fork and center the rotor on the groove in the fork lower. It's just a design defect.

    Ain't no thang.

        Ok

Will give it a try thanks, so loosen the pinch and try to pull the fork away from the wheel (its rubbing on the outside) and tighten the pinch

well hmmm, now i see this...its been a while, maybe 3000 miles since i did it, but last time i took off my front wheel i couldnt get the right hand side disk ( if sitting on the bike ) lined up...it rubbed on the fork, i thought that i lost a spacer or something...so i went to lowes and got a really big washer ( large diameter, thin though, not very thick ) dremeled it just right to fit and voila worked like a charm...the bike seems to run great with no problems in the wheel or the brake....

That'll work Wolf as long as the rotor is centered but the washer isn't necessary because the pinch bolt holds the axle tight.
