16" Wheel Spacer and Torque Bracket

I'm downsizing from a 17'' rim to a 16'' rim but I'm having trouble finding the wheel spacer and torque bracket. The rim itself is easy enough to find but all the sellers seem to only have the rim and not the parts with it. Any suggestions on where to find the parts? Thanks.

i have the whole 9 yards. now how hard was that? send pm if interested. i need to make a little profit and of coarse the USPS will rape me for most of it.
