One more silly question and I think I'm good. Does anyone know if the 1100 will run on open pipes; no mufflers/baffles? I imagine this bike has to have some sort of back pressure to run well.

I just ask because I'm rebuilding my bike from scratch and the super traps that were on it were half dented closed and pretty much destroyed. So right now I just have the stock pipes minus mufflers.
No one has really ever got that type of setup to work. Put some slip on muffler on there to replace the bad muffs.
