I have drawn up plans for a custom seat pan and i was wondering what was the best material to make it out of and where do I get it?

if you make a mold then fibreglass or carbon fibre. -
Not sure what kind of plans you have in mind... I was thinking of forming one up with thin plywood and body putty, then using that for a form to make a mold to make fiberglass pans.buffalo

there is a company here in the uk that makes side panels by injection moulding,i will try to find there phone number to see if it is possible if they can do a seat pan for the xs?it would be a help if they could as people only buy a seat as the bottom of thers has rusted to nowt.Comment
