Greetings and welcome to the 4um. Like Fred said in the earlier post, these bikes need back pressure so looking at you're exhaust, you are not going to get the maximum performance. There is a nice new Kerker set on ebay that would look very nice with what you have done so far.
Nice looking project and R1 you have there. I am a fan of the R1 but am a little too old for that one but I do have a 2003 FZ1 (The Bee) which has the R1 engine but is more upright and easier for me to ride. I am one of the purist toward the XS but what you have done looks good. Have fun with the old girl. She will still outrun most of them ole harleys out there.
