  • Removing the XJ11 tach needle gently

    My tach has been sticking & I just received a replacement. I'd like to keep the face off the old meter & put it on the replacement. When I tried to pull it off, I could see there was a tug of war ahead & backed off immediately. Anyone know the easiest way to remove the needle so I can remove the plate?

      I think TC has a tech tip on here, but he used a fork.
