Do you mean the mounting hardware on the bottom of the seat? I've got a set that I took off my old seat before throwing it away to put on ebay later. They are not in perfect condition - I'll post a picture if that's the parts you are looking for.
It is called a "carriage bolt." Go to a good hardware store and take your other one with you to match it. The long nut should also be available. If you find that the head is not held in place good enough when the nut is loosened, you can put a wood shim (popsicle stick?) between it and the seat pan.
