      Yes, it's OEM, just a new part number. 3J6-23145-00-00 fits XS1100SF, XS1100LG, XS1100SG, XS1100LH, and XS1100SH.

3H3-23145-00-00 covers only the XS1100SF. What the difference is, I couldn't tell you.

Power Sports Plus is the motorcycle side of BOATS.NET. Look up a part number there, and it lists every bike it fits. Bookmark it!

          Oem

          here is the OEM seal

That # probably replaces this one as the middle #'s match

That looks like the newer P/N for the Standard fork seal, not for the Specials.

Someone had said somewhere that the OEM seals for the Specials are obsolete. Boats.net and some other Yamaha sites will not always tell you that it's discontinued until they actually try to order it for you and you never get it.

i phone back the yamaha dealer and gave them the part # that oem posted and they said that there was some in the toronto warehouse and could get them in about 5 days but he could be wrong as he gave me the wrong part # to start with.

If anyone really must have the OEM fork seals for the Specials, these guys do have them until they run out...

Ok, fork seals came in the mail today, along with my tail light lens and pod filters...Cool!...wait a sec...now I have to work on it, its cold out there. I'll see if I can get some pics of the whole thing, hopefully goes without incident. Time to fire up the old kerosene heater.
