Without speaking from experience, the Z1 Enterprises option appears to be easiest and most economical. A wheel kit including bearings and seals is just over 20 bucks, or about half of the price at Mike's XS. About $30 will have three bearings and the required seals coming to the door.

Yes, GOOGLE found me the bearings at just over $2. Since the local bearing supply house gets about $25, that leaves me skeptical.
