Yep Yep thats true I have an 81 standard venture it has the big tank on it and the vetter fairing and so forth.

Not an issue Steve.......the front of seat is soft and rides upward a bit..........could be a good thing........cushion for your junk.......BTW, the Venturer tank @6.4gal is even better........

A few guys have reported having to trim the seat pan a bit when swapping tanks, just wanted to make sure that's out there...
