    Well they do make sealed maintenance free water batteries. I also have never seen fill to lines on a battery, just fill them up, never let the lead plates be uncovered.

    But if it was a sealed battery and you forced it open it is trash at this point, so go get a new one.

      Ok i just wanted to make sure its ok to put water in there, not that its a GEL battery and I dont know it cause its not labeled?
