I've got almost two weeks into the project now. Still waiting for my valve shims and my brake pads, filter, and manual. Today I installed my new Speedmotoco.com Headlight/turn-running lights/brackets kit. The parts are a put-together by Speedmotoco from three different companies from what I can tell as the turn signals were in one package, the brackets in another and the headlight itself was by itself. For the most part, all materials are pretty good quality and fit is excellent. Just as I was finishing up I noticed a hairline crack in the lens of the headlight and I think it happened in shipping as it was packed pretty tight with all the other stuff in a "flat rate box". I didn't use the brackets as my stock brackets work fine (now I have a spare set for the future). One note of caution on the lights, and they are both running and turn (two filament bulbs). They didn't want to flash, evidently the filaments didn't give enough load to the system so I added a 5 ohm load resister, parallel to the filament load on each side and they flash just great now. I really didn't want to add the resisters because they are pretty large and I wasn't sure if they'd even fit behind the light but they did. For anyone looking to put a new headlight/signals on, I'd say this was a pretty good deal and the parts are definitely up to snuff. http://s213.photobucket.com/albums/c...t=DSC00351.jpg
