herre is a quick write-up about posting photos on this forum. Basically you need a place to park your photo, using space provided by your ISP or an on-line photo service, and put the URL of the photo in the IMG tag at the top of the message composition page.

    Keys for baggage...

I had to replace the keys on my Vetter locking pocket in the fairing and on one saddlebag. Found the locks at the local Tru-Value store. Maybe I got lucky, but one of the new keys fit the bag to frame locks as well. (Both frame locks use the same key.) Check to see if there is a number on the lock and a good locksmith should be able to help you out. It will be difficult to remove the bags from the racks without a key. The mechanism is simple, just a little arm that spreads a stiff wire out of a groove on the locking pin, but it is pretty well covered and not really accessible for manual manipulation.

Whats it worth...always a loaded question. Depends on local market as well as mechanical condition, appearance, time of year and so on. Seems to me the price you mentioned is pretty common for these bikes unless they are in outstanding condition. As a rule, the Midnight Specials are the most expensive, followed by the Specials and XJ, then Standards. You should get the title; some states (Maine for sure) will use a bill of sale or registration certificate in place of the title, but the extra hassle makes the bike less desireable.
