    you'd think so, eh? But no. The XS11 tank badges are slightly bigger than the XS650 badges including having their bolt holes further apart.
    Being far too cheap to spend $100+ for the genuine replica XS11 badges I used the far lest costly XS650 badges from MikesXS. This involved tapping a new M3 hole in the back end of each tank hold-down.



    A purist will notice that the XS650 badges lack the thin black pinstripe around the gold letters but apart from that, they look great.

      They do look GREAT!. I would use 3M two sided tape and just clip and glue one of the screws that didn't line up, ez way out too me. As to the lines around the 79 emblems, I had a set of new OEM 80 XS1100 tank and sidecover emblems, I sold them on Ebay cuz the weren't 1979's call me a purist
