The decals on the side covers and the little 1100's on the air box were stuck on with an adhesive of some sort. Anybody know what to use?

Two-sided tape; and not just any tape, but there's special 'trim tape' available for this. You might be able to find it at an auto-parts store, but generally you need to go to an auto-body supply house for it. Also be aware it comes in different thicknesses. Too thin can be doubled up, too thick leaves a gap around the trim. The 3M stuff is best, some of the off-brand isn't so hot.... DAMHIK...
Also make sure you have the trim properly located before pressing on it; this stuff sticks reaally well, and getting it off is a PITA.... again, DAMHIKIJK...
