    Trying to figure out how to properly measure pullback. In the photo below, I place a square at the bend of the bar, which measures 3" from the front of the bar. Is this how to measure pullback? And also is this the famed Special Buckhorn handlebar?
    Were OEM handlebars weighed down with lead from factory?

    I do not know how bars are measured, would also like to know though.

    They do look like they are the buckhorns though.

      That appears to be the "Special" bar, or very similar. There were no weights in the stock bars. I think the stock Special is in the neighborhood of 13" pullback.

      The photo is not a Special bar, but answers the how to measure question.

        Thanks Marty, so from my picture I gather the pullback is about 11 1/4".

          Take the measurement with the top of the bars horizontal as shown.
