  • Need help now guys! Rear wheel hardware

    Put my new rear on yesterday. Today I noticed this gap. Did I forget a spacer or what? Help!!

      Ohh, thats good! Just about crapped myself. Did not remember that gap being like that! Going to ride at 5:00 am and don't need issues, thanks Steve!

          Try left handed drill bit to drill it, but not to bad to drill that out and re-tap it.

            Nut and bolt will work in a pinch, hehe. Pretty sure the correct size is M8 1.25 pitch.

              There was enough through on the bottom side to get out with a small vise grips. Luckily I had the old handlebar bolts of the Suzi 550 and they are the same size...looks like I'm still ridin' tomorrow!
