Just wanted to make sure you understood; his comment. Your second picture was a bit out of focus, so it was a little difficult to tell how the seal is oriented in that B pic. He meant to flip the Picture A one over, the spring you can see should point to the INSIDE of the slider.
If your second picture has it oriented that way, then you picture B is the way it should be oriented...or the "A" flipped.

Just pryed them out. Can I reuse them, the right way? The opposite of picture A, right.
I also noticed that according to the schematic i'm missing some parts that were not there when I took the forks apart. Are they necessary?
Parts # 11- gasket
18- guide cover-upper
19- guide cover-lower
20- gasket
Should I risk reusing the seals they popped right out bcuz I coated them with fork fluid to help slip them on.
If they are new seals re-use them as long as you didn't F them up. Worst case you'll have to do it over again.
Edit: Make sure you have the correct seals. When they are properly installed it should be an interference fit and they should not pop out that easily. Correct size for a Standard is 37X49X8
Well after removing the seals from a spare set I got from Andreas. I removed the seals and confirmed that indeed picture A is the correct orientation of the seal as it should sit inside the tube.
Took me 3 sets of oem seals to find that out I guess 3rd time's charm.
Hmm...Your saying the fork seal was sitting in the lower fork with that spring facing up toward you? If so, then it was installed incorrectly. That spring should not be visible with the seal installed.

Aha! I think I see where the confusion is. There are 2 springs on the OEM seal, one on each side, the one on the bottom is barely visible as it lies between two lips. The aftermarket one has no spring on the top side. Will post pictures of both in a few.

This is the position that the aftermarket seal was removed from. They are both sitting as they would be in the tube.
OEM is on the right in all the pictures.
Here they are upside down, the position that I installed two sets in and were leaking forever. Right side up no more leaks!
This last one is a top view of the bottom in which you can barely see the springs which were damaged during removal between both lips.
