I have a problem with the brakes dragging after clean caliphers and master cylinder....it builds pressure but doesn't seem to release. Do I need to have the master cylinder/caliphers rebuilt?

How thoroughly did you clean the master cylinders and calipers? If all you did was flush them with new fluid, that's unlikely to fix the problem. More than likely, you still have crud in the master cylinders blocking the imfamous 'spooge hole'. The only cure is to fully disassemble them and make sure they're clean. The tech tip is here: http://www.xs11.com/forum/showthread.php?t=14

In most cases, you can reuse all the internal parts. Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to do the same to the calipers too, as they can suffer from the same problem (crud inside them, particularly behind the piston seals...).
