I just got an email from boats.net stating that the shipment date for my seals has been pushed back to 08/22/11 is there another source out there where I can get them sooner?

Plenty of places for aftermarket seals. Are you particular to the OEM?

Good plan! I have a set of never leak (or what ever they are called) and after the stories that I heard, I wont install them.

I put leakproof seals in my SF and never had a problem with them.

Leakproof seals are supposed to be really good. I've thought about putting a set in my spare (original) forks if I can ever get the stupid things apart. Actually I WILL get them apart at some point, it's just not guaranteed that they will be capable of being put back together afterwards .

I've been buying a lot of parts from YAMAHA SPORTS CENTER. I'll give them no award for speed, but they have proven very reliable. Their prices are as low as any.
