Hey guys, just thought that I would post some pictures of me recently completed fuse block mod.
The stock OEM fuse block had two fuses that had broken loose of the plastic and were just kinda floating around in the box. Not to mention the lame glass tube fuses.
I used an 8 position mini fuse holder that I ordered from amazon. I searched and searched for a holder that used the mini fuses. I wanted the mini's since all of my other vehicles use the mini's. Now if I happen to not have a spare I can sacrifice one from my truck ( or wife's car hehe )
The 8 positions is nice since it leaves me with three open circuits to let me put in any after market mods I might want. However, the box is pretty big and barely fits. But barely is good enough for me.
I relocated the main fuse so that it was included in the fuse box with a mini fuse as well. Now all of my fuses are in the same location and are the same type. Nice...
Here are the pictures.
