  • My project thus far

    79 XS1100F. Here is the before. This pic does not show how stained and crappy the engine and exhaust look.

      Exhaust sandblasted and painted with Krylon BBQ paint.

          My progress so far. I will replace fuel line with black line soon and install black filters as well.

            80 SG Ol' Okie;79 engine & carbs w/pods, 45 pilots, 140 mains, Custom Mac 4 into 2 exhaust, ACCT,XS850 final drive,110/90/19 front tire,TKat fork brace, XS750 140 MPH speedometer, Vetter IV fairing, aftermarket hard bags and trunk, LG high back seat, XJ rear shocks.

            The list changes.

              I still have lots to do. Fairing, tank, side covers and cowl still need to be painted. Im thinking a red. Also need to pull of the wheels and re do them as well as the calipers and brackets. Over the winter I will have the seat re upholstered. Too hot to do anything today. I died last week in the heat doing the engine. I did install a V Max CC Tensioner monday. So far so good and having fun.
