Hey there everyone. As a (minor) thank you to everyone for your help with my bike, I'm selling the supply of gas cap gaskets I've made. The cost: 50 cents. The proceeds will get donated to the website. My old was just sooo dried out, I couldn't use it. So I bought gasket rubber and made new ones about 1/8th inch thick. Anyone want one? Let me know. (Note: The gasket is 2 inches outer diameter and 1.5 inches inner diameter. It fits snug enough on my '78E to not need any adhesive)

I'll take one. Mine is dried and cracked but hasn't been a problem. Only trouble I've had in that area was a rusted closed vent hole. Confounded me for quite a while, bike would run great for about a quarter mile then barely limp home. Gas cap seal cracked when I was cleaning the hole.
I'll contact you off list.
ThanksPat Kelly
