Nice looking bike for sure. Definitely going to need carbs cleaned thoroughly and maybe some new parts for them like float seats and needle valves. If it were me, I'd definitely go through the brakes and clean them all just to be safe after sitting that long.
Seems like a pretty nice bike. All depends what bikes go for around your part of the globe as to what the price is worth on it. Round here with those miles it would be a little steep, but other areas that would be a steal.Life is what happens while your planning everything else!

How can you go wrong at $1,000? It would cost double that here in the UKXS1100F 1980 European model. Standard. Dyna coils. Iridium plugs. XS750 final drive (sometimes). Micron fork brace. Progressive front springs. Geezer regulator/rectifier. Stainless 4 into 2 exhaust. Auto CCT (Venturer 1300) SOLD. New project now on the go. 1980 European model.
