  • Should I buy this bike?

Hi guys, I would like your thoughts on this bike. The guy says he'll take $1,000. What do you think? http://jerseyshore.craigslist.org/mcy/2461556659.html

Cosmetics and OE original are everything. New tires (if not really old) battery, tour package. Id jump on that and never let it go unless in person it disappoints. Cant see that from the pics. Looks like OE exhaust. WOW

Nice looking bike for sure. Definitely going to need carbs cleaned thoroughly and maybe some new parts for them like float seats and needle valves. If it were me, I'd definitely go through the brakes and clean them all just to be safe after sitting that long.

Seems like a pretty nice bike. All depends what bikes go for around your part of the globe as to what the price is worth on it. Round here with those miles it would be a little steep, but other areas that would be a steal.

I think I would be all over that too!

Not that it matters but pretty sure that is a Pacifico fairing and not vetter like it says.

How can you go wrong at $1,000? It would cost double that here in the UK
