Hi LO,
if you want a paper copy, your public library will have one or if not, they'll bring one in on the inter-library loans service but you'll need to keep it clean and give it back.
Or you can have the local book store or the local Yamaha dealer bring a new one in for you.
Or you can use Alibris or other on-line used book service to find you a used copy.
