Also, I sent you a PM.
The rear seat fairing is not included as it's not actually part of the seat. They're readily available though and don't cost much. Same goes for the chrome grab rail. I bought my NOS one from the USA.

That only gets you the seat pan, foam, and cover. No tailcone, side trim or grab bar. And you'll still have to modify the seat pan or move your TCI unit to get it to fit....

Are you sure? The TCI unit on this model actually mounts onto the bolt hole at the top of the chrome rear fender and sits under the tailcone. I've looked at US spec fenders. Although they are shorter than the UK ones, they still have the mounting holes for the TCI, I believe? Where does the TCI sit on the US spec bikes?

80 and up the TCI is on the top of the plastic inner fender. The seat has a indent to clear the TCI, and the wires are too short to mount it on the rear fender like the older units.
There should be some seat pans, and possibly good seats available here in the States.

You are correct my TCI is on the plastic section however after seeing this seat I'm certain it is exactly what I want and I'll have to simply cut out a relief in the underside of the seat to make it work. Now to save the considerable amount of money for the whole setup. After I get the bike running of course haha. One piece at a time.
