    Annual event

This happens every spring with mine. Starting the engine, pushing the bike, jumping on then kicking it into gear. Give it shot of throttle then slamming on the rear brake while pulling in the clutch lever. It's an annual event.

Thanks. I like the idea of a gentle approach to start with.

Hey Mach. That sounds kind of scarey to me. I am not sure I have the coordination for "pushing the bike, jumping on". Maybe I can get some one to give me a push while I am on the bike.

          Hi David!

I get the depression thing. I don't suffer from it, but I get it. My hat's off to you for being open about it. That takes guts. Have you got buddies there who can help with the bike when you're down? A good ride now and then is probably good for your brain.

          Best wishes!

            Old Age

Ya, it's kind of my age gauge. When I'm too old or feeble to be able to push it hard enough or too decrepid to jump on, then I'm not healthy enough to be riding.
