    The "clogged carbs" are the result of the cam chain skipping a tooth or two and throwing the timing way off.

    To check that, turn the crank to "T" and look at the cams on the left side next to the cam sprockets. There are dots on the cam shoulder that should match up up with the arrows on the center cam bearing. You can adjust the timing as per the manual: take off the cam sprockets, move the cams with a 22mm wrench, then piece the cam sprockets back on.

    For your bike's sake, get a manual and read the procedure once through before you start doing anything.
