  • 81 Seca 750 final drive parts?

I just picked up this junk for $35, 81 Yamaha Seca 750 frame and engine, no title

Is the final drive on this thing any good for the conversion on the XS11, or does it need to come from an XS750/XS850?

Am I reading the markings on this skinny rear tire right, that its an 18" rim!?

It's not the right drive, I'd say. It has a drum brake at the back, doesn't it? Not that I've become a new expert but I understand that the FD conversion has to be from an XS750 or XS850....

      Hi TajMan,
The Seca is the same as the XJ650 /750 RThe drum brake alone makes it unsuitable for the XS. Those are great motors.
