Need Fair Price for 78 XS11 parts bike

I have found an XS11 I would really like to get, forgot to check the mileage, supposed to call the guy tonight about it. It is complete (kirker 4 into 1 exhaust) and I have watched it sit all summer, so I know it does not run. I want to put it's square headlight turn signals and instruments on my 79 special, and part out the rest. What is the top dollar I should be willing to pay for this bike. After all the headaches and info I have received from this site to finally get my special back on the road I have no doubt I could get this one running again fairly quickly if I really wanted. Anyway it is in relatively fair shape, just your typical sitting outside negligence. ANY info you guys can once again provide would be greatly appreciated, THANKS
