Best place to get brake pads

....Partsnmore only has one set. Georgefix seems to have everything but front pads for a standard. And Bikebandit's prices are the most expensive.

Any place else?

Hi Bob,
Vintage Brake has everything and as the Standards have the same pads as the XS650 MikesXS has them too. I have no idea what their prices are but brake pads ain't the best place to be squeezing pennies.

Since you have a standard, you have the same brakes as the XS650. Michael Morse of 650 Central is the brake master. Just tell him how fast you want to stop, and he'll hook you up with the pads.

Mike's XS will have them at an economical price, and they have a Canada link to buy them from.

As per Fred, 650 Central and Vintage Brake are the same guy.

GEORGEFIX has EBC pads for your bike. He has a set of 4, or a set of 6 pads.

IIRC, the OEM front pads were a different compound than the rear.
