In case anyone is interested I just listed on ebay a brand new 1979 XS1100 standard seat and cowl for sale. owner had it taken off at the dealership 32 years ago for a custom seat and kept this one. Burgandy color. I'll never restore mine to showroom condition so why kid myself keeping around a brand new seat. If we're not allowed to promote items for sale, my apologies.
