valve seal help

So I have my valves out. How do I get the seals out? Are they just clipped into place and need a pliers and some muscle to remove? Tips? Warnings?

hi tony,
there just a push on fit,
grab a pair of pliers and give it
a good wiggle and they should pop off,
only take them off if your going to replace them,
as theyll end up out of shape and unusable.
