These are on MikesXS.net....Tourmaster style foam with chrome ends. I liked them because I've got longer fingers, and these are little wider in circumference so they are easier to grab, and the foam reduces overall vibration in the hands. YMMV!

These are what I have on Banshee. I really like the feel of them and they are a bit thicker than stock ones so easy grip even with heavy gloves on. Not cheap, but very nice.

I've had my eye on those for a while, but they're kinda expensive right now. Maybe during next winter's tear-down. In the meantime, I have something similar to what TopCat posted, and they're quite comfortable.XS1100SG - Obsession

Not to rain on anybodies parade, but Kuryakn is pretty much overpriced chrome crap IMO. They also make lots of stuff for Harleys, and I avoid it if at all possible. And beware the foam grips; they can be comfortable, but also absorb dirt nicely and can get nasty over time. The ISO grips suffer from this to a degree too; they can get 'sticky' and shed black goo on you after they get older unless they've improved them.
Truthfully, every fancy aftermarket grip I've ever tried I ended up removing to go back to stock grips. The XS has so little 'buzz' in the bars that most of the 'benefits' touted for most grips (which are really designed for Harleys) is wasted on these.

All I can say for sure is that they were on my first XS when I got it, and have been on one bike or another of mine for almost 3 years now and they still look great and I have no issues with dirt buildup or stickyness.Life is what happens while your planning everything else!

I did not take it personally Steve, I did not buy them. It is alot of do-ra-me for grips. But then, they look really nice, and they do feel really good in my hands.. And apparently can take a serious beating, as they were on the bike I wrecked and the plastic throttle piece inside the right grip broke, but the grip is still good.Life is what happens while your planning everything else!

Ok, Don, now if you were in the market for another set of grips would you buy those for 70 bucks now that you have used them?Nathan

I have the same ones as TC, but remember paying only twenty something for them, at the dealer no less! I think they may have been a clearance item at the time. Not sure, was a few years ago, I may have slept since then........'78 E "Stormbringer"
