Use the MotionPro myself. The mercury kinda makes them a pain to store(on a hanger in closet). the new MotionPro doesn't use mercury, so IMO some of the accuracy is lost. Going to change to the MorganTune in near future for convenience and portability. Other than that, just as Ray stated, your gonna have to pull the carb bank and trim ANY of gasket that may lay to inside of bowls. Would suspect that as the culprip before anything else.

Sometimes you can flush the fuel needle valve clean by shutting off the petcock flow and run the bike with the "choke" to draw down the fuel in the carbs (it sucks up fuel from the bottom, not from the top). Then open the fuel flow for the flush.

The Morgans were in my hand 9 days after I ordered them. I have nothing but good to say about the product or the company.

I use the cheap guage set-up like in the link below. They work just fine if you calibrate them all the same with a mity-vac. JMHO

              been there done that

Look at the float itself in the offending carb. Might have a pin hole leak in it. When the float fills and sinks, the carb will continue to fill no matter what. If your still using brass, well...what else can be said.
