Any tips or tricks to getting the old valve oil seals out?

hi loho,
there just a push on fit, i just use some pliers
and give it a wiggle and they usually pop off,
are u replacing them or just removing them for
a head service, ull probably bugger them up when
u take them off, i usually do.
when i put them on i find a socket that fits over
the top of them and push them on til there seated.pete
