Awesome job!! Thos eof us who rebuild form rust buckets and such did nto start off doing that either. In fact when I was about 20 yo I got an XS750 from a friend that had broken bleeder on the front brakes. Instead of fixing it, as I did not have a clue, I rode it like that and nearly killed myself a couple times between the brakes locking up or just plain not working.

So your doing things and learning. Having a pro set your brakes up is nto a bad idea. And the synch, well it is not to tough to do, but the tool is $100. Then again, the shop will probably get you $100 to do it for you.

Once Ive ran it a bit and made sure the mechanical/electrical is squared away, I will consider painting the tank, side plates, fairing, and saddlebags.

I will likely fabricate some mounts for the vetter bags since I cant stand the look of the mount with the bags off. No ideas yet, but Im hoping someone has an example already.
