    hi nate

    i guess anythings possible if u have the money
    to spare,

    the milling of the caps and head wouldnt be to much of a
    problem for a machine shop,
    finding bearings to suit might be another problem,

    also ud have to notch the head to stop the bearing from
    spinning. hopefully parts will be a plenty for some time
    not to have to worry bout it.

      You could probably install the caps and have the heads line bored to a larger diameter so you could insert bearing shells. $$$ Then the only trick would be finding bearing shells that would fit.
