Trouble mounting Horns on 80LG......

I have a 80LG and recently removed my fairing. I am trying to put the original horns back on. I have the bar that mounts to the frame and the horns, but I'm missing whatever connects them. It must be a small piece. I looked on Bike Bandit and they sell the horn and piece as one. Wondering if someone could give me the dimensions so I can make one. Thank You

The bracket mounted on the horn is 3.5" X 1"
and bolts to the "horn stay" item #20
