big bore kits
just wondering if anyone has put a big bore kit in their XS11. and if so , could you tell a big difference in the performance. i was thinking about pulling my engine this winter and installing one on my bike, if it's worth it.

Here's my description of an xs with an 1196 kit. It may give you some idea. No picture sorry - (haven't yet discovered the secret to it.) -
I have an 1196 kit in my bike, but couldn't really tell you the difference between now and when it has 1101/2 cc b/c one of the cylinders was shot to begin with.1979 XS11F Standard - Maya - 1196cc (out of order)
1978 XS11E Standard - Nina - 1101cc
