    Well I used a dental pick and I now have fuel from all three holes that I was concerned about. I am missing one of the o-rings that are on the idle air screw or I would have tried to fire it up tonight. Hopefully the missing o-ring and the plugged holes are the culprit of why it has not been running correctly.

    80 XS 1100 SG Big bore kit but not fully running yet.
    Couple of more parts bikes of which 2 more will live!

      the mixture screw actually meters fuel,
      so technically its not an idle air screw.




      sorry, just being a smart arse, had a ruff day.


      ras, that wouldve given u a miss at off idle,
      so hopefully that will have fixed ur problems.
